Teamwork is their key to success I believe. I could see the vibe when we walked in. Marshall was our salesperson and he lead the charge for sure. Knew everything about the process and the particular vehicle. He was really an outstanding professional and I really can say the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Usually the finance team is unorganized and just pushing products but Alphonso was excellent. Perfectly organized and got me out of there in no time at all. Wow. What a positive experience. Man looking back after really liking he car initially. The xx told about the bald tires and how these tires are different and it's normal of a car like this to be bald from the outside in. Just ridiculous crap. I put a deposit down , realized what a mistake I made, the next morning I asked for the deposit back and was assured or would happen. It didn't. I called and they assured it would happen. It didn't. I called again to be assured that it would happen. It didn't. I called the corporate office and they had no idea who I should talk to. Said someone would call me back. They didn't. Reached out to the original manager and said that he didn't realize it wasn't done. Almost a month later. Place sucks.

I purchased a car but they did not have the title to the car. 6 weeks later and not much communication at all and i finally gave up. Would not recommend the dealership based on this experience.

Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently. I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I confirmed that morning - informed the car was ready. Arrived and had to wait 4 hours as this was not the case. Sales person out so interacted with sales manager, Devon. Noticed some areas with scratches which were not apparent at the time of purchase. Devon said the paint shop could touch up the areas. This would have to be done on another day since the paint person was not available. He was to contact me the following day to arrange a date. Empty, empty words ..... no follow through ..... never received a call. I waited a few days and phoned .... left him a voicemail to contact me with no response received. Unfortunately, a simple request to satisfy a customer ended with these negative comments. Not a great place to do business with if you have an issue.

I inquired about an Acura, and the emails started coming, when I asked about out the door price, I got a change in attitude from Devon Dasilva about the pricing. I made an offer, and I never heard back, it's been about one week. Before that offer, I was getting two emails a day trying to get me to buy that car. I would not recommend dealing with Devon Dasilva.

Since I purchased my brand new Elantra from them about one year ago my experience is total nightmare. Unprofessional, uncoordinated, rude people. Someone who works at service department’s front desk so rude! How are they let kinda people work there especially people need to be good communication skills for this job. Just stay away from this dealership. They gave me a always hard time.

Very helpful when my check engine light came on. Reassured me & was able to make appt for servicing easily. Service was done promptly & nothing was found to be wrong. I appreciate that I was not asked to do other care. I will definitely use their services again.

Cedric Caballero was our sales person. He was great to work with, easy going and very knowledgeable and felt about the car we ended up purchasing. Normally the process can be incredibly time consuming however this was not the case with Cedric and this dealership, We looked at a new car on Friday evening and we were able to purchase it on Saturday and bring the car home that day by 1:30 pm. I would highly recommend Cedric if you are looking to buy a car at Boch Hyundai!

I usually don't write reviews that often but I need to say this dealership is amazing. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, the listen to what you have to say and they work around your needs. Wassim will go out of his way to make sure you are well taken care, I have known him for so many years and he never stops to amaze me on how well I get treated as a customer. Chuck is a very nice salesman, not pushy at all and he knows his cars. He keeps you posted by texts or phone calls to make sure you know where they are while waiting for the delivery of the car. It was also a pleasure to work with Steve in the Finance Dept. to close the deal. I will recommend Boch Hyundai 100%

So I bought TWO vehicles back to back within 2 months of time. Unfortunately there are some dent on my new car and it took a little longer than what I expected to get it all solve up. But hey …. I got to say the service and especially the attitude from my sales representative Ray and his manager was VERY NICE and not trying to IGNORE me. And that is why I went back for Another vehicle.

Went over to shop for a new car and Ray Delazari was helping my family out to pick the car that Is best suited for our need. He was being very helpful taking personal tour video a day or two before we go over to the dealer and also being very patient ( been there for 2-3hrs ) with us because we couldn’t makeup our mind. Bad business practices. Had an appointment to test drive and buy a vehicle. After returning from the test drive my salesman told me that vehicle was sold while I was gone. Then, another gypsy salesman came by and proceeded to try to get us in a new vehicle and told me he’d mark up the vehicle since we were paying cash because “we don’t make any money since you’re not financing” I guess this dealership isn’t used to doing business with people who don’t finance or lease cars and the Gypsy salesman isn’t used to owning cars either. Very unprofessional. Don’t forget what it’s like when times aren’t so great to sell cars.
