The service advisor was knowledgeable and pleasant. The waiting area had plenty of drinks and snacks. My only suggestion would be shades on the windows behind the work desk area. Once the sun came over the body shop I couldn’t see my laptop screen.

I presented a warranty electrical issue that was not easy to diagnose. The Technician was progressively persistent making the repair as I waited. With the customer service rep, Nick's oversight the Team did a great job for me. All the best, Gary
Joel was very responsive and efficient. He answered all questions with accurate honest advice. He explained the difference between leasing and buying as it relates to electric vehicles. Under three hours from walking in to leaving as satisfied customers with a new car. Had my 2023 Hyundai Kona serviced last Wednesday. Great experience. Nick Smith made sure my car was inspected thoroughly, oil changed and tires rotated & balanced. He also showed me how certain features worked on the car. He was very helpful. I also liked the waiting area set up. Will make this my go-to service dealer.
Went in for unscheduled appointment after low brake fluid indicator came on and was taken care of immediately. Filled fluid and checked for leaks. Always friendly and professional (the latter being one reason we switched from another auto maker). First Hyundai and love it.
Bought a 2025 Kona. Staff was friendly. Place was extremely busy on a Saturday. Lots of waiting but all went smoothly. Took car home same day and had all paperwork by Tuesday.

Man looking back after really liking he car initially. The xx told about the bald tires and how these tires are different and it's normal of a car like this to be bald from the outside in. I purchased a car but they did not have the title to the car. 6 weeks later and not much communication at all and i finally gave up. Would not recommend the dealership based on this experience.
Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently. I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I confirmed that morning - informed the car was ready. Arrived and had to wait 4 hours as this was not the case. Sales person out so interacted with sales manager, Devon. Noticed some areas with scratches which were not apparent at the time of purchase. Devon said the paint shop could touch up the areas. I inquired about an Acura, and the emails started coming, when I asked about out the door price, I got a change in attitude from Devon Dasilva about the pricing. I made an offer, and I never heard back, it's been about one week. Before that offer, I was getting two emails a day trying to get me to buy that car. I would not recommend dealing with Devon Dasilva.

Since I purchased my brand new Elantra from them about one year ago my experience is total nightmare. Unprofessional, uncoordinated, rude people. Someone who works at service department’s front desk so rude! How are they let kinda people work there especially people need to be good communication skills for this job. Just stay away from this dealership. They gave me a always hard time.

Cedric Caballero was our sales person. He was great to work with, easy going and very knowledgeable and felt about the car we ended up purchasing. Normally the process can be incredibly time consuming however this was not the case with Cedric and this dealership, We looked at a new car on Friday evening and we were able to purchase it on Saturday and bring the car home that day by 1:30 pm. So I bought TWO vehicles back to back within 2 months of time. Unfortunately there are some dent on my new car and it took a little longer than what I expected to get it all solve up. But hey …. Went over to shop for a new car and Ray Delazari was helping my family out to pick the car that Is best suited for our need. Bad business practices.
Had an appointment to test drive and buy a vehicle. After returning from the test drive my salesman told me that vehicle was sold while I was gone.
Then, another gypsy salesman came by and proceeded to try to get us in a new vehicle and told me he’d mark up the vehicle since we were paying cash because “we don’t make any money since you’re not financing”

Recently purchased a used 2020 Bmw x3m competition. I was extremely pleased buying the car. I was extremely pleased with the vehicle until yesterday, which was 2 days after the purchase. I bought license plate brackets and discovered that the salesman had drove a 1” long screw into the tailgate of a $74,000 vehicle. When i called the salesman admitted doing it and apologized. (1) Manager did not return phone calls or emails. (2) Sales Associate broke down possible discount numbers [which I qualified for all of them], but after informing that I qualified for all of them the conversation was different and sales associate contradicted himself by saying otherwise. (3) After I informed that I wasn't financing through them and was paying cash, they decided to no longer negotiate and gave me a spreadsheet with cash price that was higher than MSRP.

Boch had very reasonable and safe protocols for customer service during difficult times. The client advisor Michael McShane was very courteous and helpful. We could have purchased a similar vehicle elsewhere, but Mike made the process smooth and easy.
