Purchased 2108 GMC Arcadia noticed a week later that the rocker panel on the passenger side was falling off. This could cause an injury entering or leaving the car or completely fall off. I took time off from work and drove 45 minutes the day after I called, only to arrive and face confusion. First they told me they did not see the car listed at all, could I find it on my phone. Huh? This car was literally searchable online. Then they told me it was perhaps on a lot 2 hours from Norwood that they used for surplus vehicles. Finally, someone found the car listed online in their system and saw that it had been sold. Unless it sold in the 20 hours between my call and my scheduled test drive, this was just poor customer service all around and a waste of my time. The woman whom I spoke to either did not know how to check if a car had been sold or simply did not care much either way. Oh, and they could not tell me when it had sold, only that it was sold. So, my review is stay away if you are in the market for a used car. You will not get a dedicated salesperson, which means no one is invested in your experience as a customer until you are getting out your wallet.

I brought my Tuscan 2019 for major warning sign check up. I was told that there is damage to a camera because someone hit my car at the rear. It would cost over $3000 to fix it. From the first phone call with the very busy female who works in the office and patiently answered my questions as she scheduled my appointment (my apologies for not getting her name but kudos to you with the many hats you obviously wear and you wear them well!!) to David, the gentlemen who oversaw my appointment. David kept me informed of the happenings, provided me with plastic wrapped utensils I need to eat my lunch, and gave me a loner car over night because the main part they needed hd to be ordered and wouldn’t arrived until the next morning (the loaner must have been unused and in storage for a while because little creepy crawlers came out of it) but David took time to showed me details about the car’s dashboard and Bluetooth which was great. I like the environment created by this owner and crew compared to my last visit with prior owners…I did not feel welcomed at all. The current owner and current team are still figuring out some things as a team but they’ll work it out and again, the environment and the work on my car was greatly appreciated. The service advisor was knowledgeable and pleasant. The waiting area had plenty of drinks and snacks. My only suggestion would be shades on the windows behind the work desk area. Once the sun came over the body shop I couldn’t see my laptop screen.

I thought both Billy and Farouk were very helpful, polite, experienced in the process and great to work with. Just good people. As a customer, I hate even the idea of the car buying experience - because everything is normally adversarial and I suspect deliberately drawn out to wear you down. I still remember years ago when I bought a Pathfinder we had a young baby in arms, the Nissan dealer not a million miles away from Norwood made us stay 4 hours to get the process through. Not cool. Also normally when I walk in a showroom I know what I want and have a good idea about how much to pay. The dealership is over an hour away and I have youngish children at home to get back to. Billy and Farouk worked with me, not against me and allowed me to get straight to business - getting things done efficiently was a key item. Those two are great employees and a credit to their dealership. Still miss my Saab though!

Joel was very responsive and efficient. He answered all questions with accurate honest advice. He explained the difference between leasing and buying as it relates to electric vehicles. Under three hours from walking in to leaving as satisfied customers with a new car. Joel actually volunteered to deliver the car to our apartment (about 20 minutes away) and promptly at six pm he texted to say, “ I am here with your new car “

Had my 2023 Hyundai Kona serviced last Wednesday. Great experience. Nick Smith made sure my car was inspected thoroughly, oil changed and tires rotated & balanced. He also showed me how certain features worked on the car. He was very helpful. I also liked the waiting area set up. Will make this my go-to service dealer.
