I usually don't write reviews that often but I need to say this dealership is amazing. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, the listen to what you have to say and they work around your needs. Wassim will go out of his way to make sure you are well taken care, I have known him for so many years and he never stops to amaze me on how well I get treated as a customer. Chuck is a very nice salesman, not pushy at all and he knows his cars. He keeps you posted by texts or phone calls to make sure you know where they are while waiting for the delivery of the car. It was also a pleasure to work with Steve in the Finance Dept. to close the deal. I will recommend Boch Hyundai 100%

"CAR SALESMAN CHUCK IS AMAZING" Recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai SEL (RED) Chuck was kind, patient and all around fantastic, there was no pressure what so ever. I would recommend him to anyone, Also the finance part was simple and it did not take long at all...Alfonzo was equally knowledgeable and again no pressure You should go to BOCH HYUNDAI,, they have great deals but you wont go wrong if you ask for CHUCK,,, absolutely fantastic .

This was a very stress-free and easy buying experience. They did have a couple of minor misses during the sales and delivery process, but once the Boch Hyundai team was made aware, they acted quickly to resolve all concerns above and beyond my expectations. Their pricing is fair and competitive. Their sales team is knowledgeable about the vehicles. Their managers care about the customer.

Teamwork is their key to success I believe. I could see the vibe when we walked in. Marshall was our salesperson and he lead the charge for sure. Knew everything about the process and the particular vehicle. He was really an outstanding professional and I really can say the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Usually the finance team is unorganized and just pushing products but Alphonso was excellent. Perfectly organized and got me out of there in no time at all. Wow. What a positive experience. Thank you.

Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently.
Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently. I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I confirmed that morning - informed the car was ready. Arrived and had to wait 4 hours as this was not the case. Sales person out so interacted with sales manager, Devon. Noticed some areas with scratches which were not apparent at the time of purchase. Devon said the paint shop could touch up the areas. This would have to be done on another day since the paint person was not available. He was to contact me the following day to arrange a date. Empty, empty words ..... no follow through ..... never received a call. I waited a few days and phoned .... left him a voicemail to contact me with no response received. Unfortunately, a simple request to satisfy a customer ended with these negative comments. Not a great place to do business with if you have an issue.

Marshall is courteous and professional, he takes my calls and texts and set up my car with CarPlay so I have my Google maps and favorite books on audio! Marshall treated me like a Queen! Got me the BEST deal on my Tuscan, it drives smoothly like a Mercedes! Marshall and his team offer the best customer service! I highly recommend Hyundai Boch in Norwood for the lowest rate that is affordable and your life becomes simplified!

Wassim helped with expediting an important repair after several unfortunate delays. He was great in communicating every step of the way. He was also very responsive. He made things right and reinstilled confidence in my view of Boch Hyundai and the Service department. As someone who's worked in customer service for over 20 years, Wassim exceeded my expectations. Cedric Caballero was our sales person. He was great to work with, easy going and very knowledgeable and felt about the car we ended up purchasing. Normally the process can be incredibly time consuming however this was not the case with Cedric and this dealership, We looked at a new car on Friday evening and we were able to purchase it on Saturday and bring the car home that day by 1:30 pm. I would highly recommend Cedric if you are looking to buy a car at Boch Hyundai!

Since I purchased my brand new Elantra from them about one year ago my experience is total nightmare. Unprofessional, uncoordinated, rude people. Someone who works at service department’s front desk so rude! How are they let kinda people work there especially people need to be good communication skills for this job. Just stay away from this dealership. They gave me a always hard time.

My experience at Boch Hyundai with both Cedric (sales)...
My experience at Boch Hyundai with both Cedric (sales) and Alfonso (finance) was extremely positive. After having gone to various other dealerships, this was the most honest business I dealt with. I know it is still a business, but I was happy with the negotiation, beginning with the fact that Boch Hyundai is not marking up the cars an unfair amount (or at all) like many of the other places around. The fact that the cars are at sticker price, instead of trying to take advantage of the market, made me want to give my business there to begin with. Cedric and Alfonso were icing on the cake. I was unhappy that the manager at first would not honor the incentives advertised on the website, but eventually he did agree to some. Overall, I would not do it any other way.
